CITY FOLK:
Miki awoke from a very late afternoon nap with much ambition for the day. She first decided that she was in need of a new look so she gathered some money and headed on down to Shampoodle and went from blonde to pink with a cute new bob cut. She then went around to all the shops in hopes of a deal but when she went to Nookington's they had no items worth her while so she just bought a piece of candy (storing up for Halloween!) and went on her way. She went into the tailor shop and bought a plain bow for only 160 bells. A common item but it matched her shoes well. She bumped into Alli and she suggested a new greeting for her (Zaboomafoo!). And after a run in with her long term crush Roscoe (an embarassing meeting at that!) she ended her day with a nice cup of Joe at The Roost.
WILD WORLD:
Miki woke early knowing that today was going to be her lucky day! and she was right. She woke so early thath no one was awake and she just happened aloong the river on her morning walk and threw in her fishing line to catch the Cherry Salmon! The very fish she had been searching all day yesterday for, in which she needed to get in order to win a contest with her friend Maelle. As she stepped beyond the river she noticed a uniqie star shape in the ground and realized that something was indeed buried there! She dug up and expensive fossil that she had already had in her museum! Yeah... today was a good day!

Today In Animal Crossing: 10/23/11
CITY FOLK:
As Halloween soon approaches my town of Hamburg, my character Miki needs to decide on a Halloween Costume this year. So she wants to be a mummy:
Miki spent the day catching bugs and fish around the "underworld" or the little spaces below the rest of the town. She started the day thinking about the interior design of her house and realized that she needed a change of scene. I logged onto: http://www.animalcrossingcommunity.com/acchome.asp and went to the giveaway forms to order a new furniture set. It should be coming on Tuesday. Miki had a quite settling day with no real work for once in a long time. Sh ecaught up with old friends, like Roscoe, her old crush. It seems the bud of love has risen once again since he happens to be the only one in town she can stand to talk to now that her best friend Bunny has moved out of town. It was a worthwhile day.
WILD WORLD:
Miki awoke in Hamburg with a sent of excitement and renewal. She started the day with a visit to her best (and only) friend Tangy. After the polite and short visit, Miki grabbed her golden fishing rod to prepare for the Fishing Tournement. She caught a huge bass 2 feet long (notice it's feet not inches). She's pretty sure she's nailed the trophy but we won't know until tomorrow. Life in her shabby house was very distressing so she decided to pay off her little debt to Tom Nook. She had 248,000 bells in her pocket and the dept was 298,000 so that left her with no bells and still a 50,000 bell debt. It was a so-so day.
